  • 2 lbs of Shrimp (washed, peeled, & deveined)
  • Kosmos Q Garlic Parmesan Wing Dust

THE PREP

The peeled and deveined shrimp should be placed in a big bowl, to begin with. In order to coat the shrimp, add a tiny bit of avocado oil and stir. Then add some garlic and parmesan dust to the dish. Cook the shrimp as you normally would, then put them aside.

THE COOK

A big pan needs to be heated on the stove. Once the butter has melted, add half a stick and as much garlic as your heart desires. The garlic should be cooked for a few minutes or until golden.

Put two more sticks of butter in the pan after that. Grab a different pan and start cooking your 3 lbs. of cheese tortellini pasta while the butter is melting. Boiling water should be ready to use in just 2 minutes.

Add half a cup of white cooking wine, a cup of parmesan cheese, and some decorative parsley flakes to the first pan once the butter has almost completely melted. After cooking the pasta, drain it and then incorporate it into the butter sauce. Mix in the shrimp after you've added everything else.

THE PAYOFF

Your shrimp scampi is about to be finished. There is only plating and adding a bit more Parmesan to accomplish. Dispense and savour!
