The Spit Roaster Souvlaki Gyros Disc|20mm Square|Stainless Steel x2 assists in affixing gyros onto your skewer. Just squeeze your meat in between two discs and away you go. Gyros is a great way to cater for any event as you can shave the outside of the meat as those hungry mouths come up to be fed.

These gyros plates are designed to fit onto a 20mm square spit rod such as the ones provided with Gasmate rotisseries and Jumbucks rotisseries. The internal diameter of the gyros disc collar is approximately 23mm with a bolt that is used to tighten the disc onto your rod.
